The Center for Spine and Sport Rehab is an outpatient physical therapy clinic that was founded in 2007 by Jeremiah and Kari Jorgensen, husband and wife and practicing physical therapists. Our therapists treat a wide variety of diagnoses in any phase of injury or recovery. Our therapists are accustomed to treating patients that have not responded to conservative management. Diagnoses included but not limited to are back and neck pain, orthopedic conditions, aquatic rehab, joint replacements, pain management, post surgical conditions, sports injuries, arthritis, amputee rehab, balance training, headaches, TMJ, foot/ankle conditions, stroke, and workers compensation.
All of our therapists are board certified in Manual Physical Therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute.
