    Have had piriformis syndrome for 8 weeks- getting much better. My question is when I go to do recommended stretches I feel pain, and I’m concerned about reinjuring it just from the stretching. Am I supposed to wait until it is fully gone, which seems like it might take months, or just stretch into the pain to some degree? Thanks.
